Andijan kilns in Uzbekistan
The Andijan High-Efficiency Giant (Uzbekistan)
Country: Uzbekistan
Location: Samarkand
Daily Capacity: 600,000 – 700,000 Standard Bricks
Kiln Cross-Section: 17.3 Meters
Kiln Diameter: 170 Meters

Case Introduction
Core Focus: Ultra-Large Section Capacity in the Fergana Valley
1. Project Background
The Fergana Valley is one of the most densely populated areas in Central Asia. The Andijan project was designed to be the largest brick production line in the region, focusing on extreme economies of scale to dominate the local market.
2. Engineering Innovation
This project features one of our flagship 17.3-meter ultra-wide cross-sections with a 160-meter diameter.
Wide-Body Logistics: A 17.3m section is exceptionally wide. We designed a specialized kiln car with reinforced steel frames to prevent warping under the weight of nearly 700,000 bricks' worth of raw material.
Synchronized Firing: To ensure no "cold spots" in such a wide kiln, we utilized an advanced PLC-controlled pulse combustion system. This system "pulses" the flame, ensuring heat reaches the bottom and center of every stack.
3. Capacity & Business Value
With a daily output of 600,000 to 700,000 standard bricks, this facility achieves a per-brick energy saving of 25% compared to standard 9-meter kilns. It allows the client to price their products more competitively while maintaining higher profit margins.
