1. Project Background

The Laos market is in its early stages of industrialization. Our client was an investor entering the brick industry for the first time, requiring a "Turnkey" (EPC) solution where we handled everything from design to staff training.

2. Technical Specs

11.8-meter section and 138-meter diameter.

• User-Friendly Automation: Since local operators were new to kiln technology, we installed a simplified, icon-based HMI (Human-Machine Interface) in the control room, allowing for easy monitoring.

• Voltage Stabilization: To counter local power grid fluctuations, we included a comprehensive industrial voltage stabilization system to protect the motors and PLC.

3. Result

300,000 to 400,000 bricks per day. This is now the most advanced brick plant in Laos, serving as a model for future industrial development.
