This series of PVC co-extrusion ASA fence moulds is precision equipment specially designed for the extrusion of outdoor fence profiles. Using co-extrusion technology, an ASA weather-resistant layer is compounded onto the PVC substrate. The finished product combines the high rigidity of PVC with the UV resistance, aging resistance and fade-proof properties of ASA. It is widely used in outdoor applications such as garden fences, community barriers, road isolation guardrails, etc.
The mould body is made of high-quality 3CR17 hot-work die steel, processed by precision CNC machining, vacuum quenching and deep nitriding treatment. Its surface hardness reaches 28–30 HRC, featuring high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can operate stably for a long time under high temperature conditions of 170–210 °C, and its service life is more than 60% longer than ordinary moulds.
The mould ensures stable forming of the ASA layer with uniform thickness (0.31–0.5 mm) and strong adhesion, avoiding defects such as delamination, peeling and surface flow marks. The cavity strictly reproduces the fence spacing, column section and clamping groove structure. The formed profile features accurate dimensions and a smooth surface, allowing direct assembly without secondary polishing.
This mould supports customization of standard and special-shaped fences, compatible with ordinary PVC and glass-fiber reinforced PVC materials. It can be directly connected to twin-screw co-extrusion production lines, with convenient installation and commissioning. The high versatility of wearing parts greatly reduces production downtime, making it core equipment for large-scale production of high-quality outdoor PVC co-extrusion ASA fences.
