The Quang Binh Energy Recovery Site (Vietnam)
Country: Vietnam
Location: Quang Binh
Daily Capacity: 300,000 – 400,000 Standard Bricks
Kiln Cross-Section: 11.8 Meters
Kiln Diameter: 140 Meters

Case Introduction
Core Focus: Industrial Waste Heat Utilization
1. Project Background
For the Quang Binh project, the client’s primary concern was the rising cost of coal. They needed a kiln that could "squeeze" every calorie of heat out of the fuel.
2. Engineering Excellence
An 11.8-meter section and 140-meter diameter setup.
High-Velocity Air Jets: We installed high-velocity fans in the cooling zone to rapidly reclaim heat. This heat is used not only for drying but also as "pre-heated combustion air," which allows the coal to burn much more efficiently.
Thermal Sealing: Advanced sand-sealing and water-sealing technologies were used at the kiln base to prevent any cold air leakage.
3. Output
300,000 to 400,000 bricks per day. The client reported a 15% reduction in fuel costs within the first six months of operation.
