Core Focus: Compact Design for High-Density Areas

1. Project Background

In Vietnam, land use is highly optimized. The Hoang Quy project required a high-capacity kiln that could fit into a relatively narrow industrial plot while still meeting strict environmental emission standards.

2. Technical Features

We deployed an 11.8-meter section with a 120-meter diameter.

• Space-Saving Layout: The 120m diameter was chosen to maximize the firing curve within a limited footprint.

• Emission Scrubbing: We integrated a wet-scrubber desulfurization system to ensure that the exhaust gas meets the Vietnamese government's "Green Industry" standards, allowing the plant to operate near residential zones.

3. Production

300,000 to 400,000 bricks per day. The project successfully balanced high output with environmental stewardship.
