The Tashkent Infrastructure Benchmark (Uzbekistan)

  • Country: Uzbekistan

  • Location:  Tashkent

  • Daily Capacity: 400,000 – 500,000 Standard Bricks

  • Kiln Cross-Section: 12.98Meters

  • Kiln Diameter: 170 Meters

Case Introduction

Core Focus: Supporting Urban Expansion with High-Volume Output

1. Project Background

Tashkent is currently undergoing a massive urban renewal. Our client needed a heavy-duty solution that could support the rapid construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The challenge was the massive volume requirement: the plant needed to be a "brick factory that never sleeps."

2. Technical Specifications

We designed a 12.98-meter section kiln with an extended 170-meter diameter.

  • The 170m Diameter Advantage: By extending the diameter to 170 meters, we increased the "soaking zone" of the kiln. This allows bricks to stay at peak temperature longer, ensuring superior structural strength (Grade MU20 and above) required for modern high-rises.

  • Automated Handling: We integrated a fully automatic setting and de-hacking system. In Uzbekistan, where skilled technical labor can be scarce, reducing manual intervention ensures consistent stacking patterns and minimizes breakage during the firing process.

3. Results

The plant delivers a consistent 400,000 to 500,000 bricks per day. This project has become a reference site for the Uzbek Ministry of Construction, showcasing how modern Chinese kiln technology can accelerate national infrastructure goals.
