Central Asia Regional Hub (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan)

  • Country: Kyrgyzstan

  • Location: Bishkek

  • Daily Capacity: 400,000 – 500,000 Standard Bricks

  • Kiln Cross-Section: 12.98 Meters

  • Kiln Diameter: 130 Meters

Case Introduction

Core Focus: Transitioning to Modern Large-Scale Production

1. Project Background

In the Kyrgyz construction market, demand for high-quality red bricks has historically outpaced domestic supply, often leading to reliance on expensive imports. The Bishkek project was established to create a localized, high-output production center. The client required a system that could handle the local clay properties—which have a high mineral content—while maintaining a stable output during the region's fluctuating seasonal temperatures.

2. Engineering Solutions

We deployed a 12.98-meter cross-section kiln with a 130-meter diameter.

  • Insulation Excellence: Given the cold winters in Bishkek, we utilized high-density ceramic fiber modules and multi-layer refractory brick lining. This ensures that the external environment does not affect the internal firing temperature, maintaining a stable $1000^{\circ}C+$ core environment.

  • Fuel Flexibility: The system was engineered with a dual-fuel combustion system, allowing the plant to switch between coal and natural gas based on seasonal availability and price, ensuring uninterrupted production.

3. Capacity & Market Impact

Producing 400,000 to 500,000 standard bricks daily, this facility has significantly reduced the cost of masonry materials in northern Kyrgyzstan. The 130m diameter provides a compact yet high-efficiency footprint, ideal for the project's logistics site near the capital.
