This series of PVC hollow door panel molds is precision equipment specially designed for the extrusion of hollow panels used in home decoration wardrobe doors, cabinet doors, partition doors and other applications. The finished panels are lightweight, sound-insulating, moisture-proof and flame-retardant, and are widely used in custom furniture and indoor partition scenarios.
The mold body is made of high-quality 3CR17 hot-work die steel, processed by precision CNC machining, vacuum quenching and deep nitriding treatment. Its surface hardness reaches 28 HRC, providing high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can operate stably for a long time under high temperature conditions of 170–210 °C, with a service life more than 60% longer than ordinary molds.
The mold adopts a layered isobaric runner design, equipped with an intelligent zoned temperature control system, which ensures the PVC melt is evenly distributed into each cavity, accurately controlling the panel wall thickness and grid dimensional consistency, and avoiding defects such as uneven thickness, grid collapse and edge burrs. The cavity strictly reproduces the reinforcing ribs and clamping groove structures of the door panel. The formed hollow grid panel features high strength, resistance to deformation, and can be directly laminated or finished without additional reinforcement.
This mold supports customized production of different grid sizes and reinforcing rib densities, compatible with general PVC and flame-retardant PVC materials. It can be directly connected to twin-screw extrusion production lines, with convenient installation and commissioning. The high versatility of wearing parts greatly reduces production downtime.
Compared with traditional molds, this mold improves molding efficiency by more than 30% and delivers a high qualified product rate, making it core equipment for the large-scale production of high-quality PVC hollow grid door panels.
