This series of PVC livestock panel molds is precision equipment specially designed for the extrusion of panels used in breeding applications. The finished panels are widely used for fences and partitions, slatted floors, ceiling guards and other parts in farms. They feature moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, and are suitable for various livestock environments such as pigsties, chicken houses and cattle sheds.
The mold body is made of high‑quality 3CR17 hot‑work die steel, processed by precision CNC machining, vacuum quenching and deep nitriding. Its surface hardness reaches 28 HRC, with excellent wear and impact resistance. It can run stably for a long time under high temperature conditions of 160–200 °C, and its service life is more than 50% longer than ordinary molds.
The mold adopts an isobaric shunt and pressure‑stabilizing runner design, equipped with an intelligent zoned temperature control system, which ensures uniform distribution of PVC melt, accurately controls the wall thickness and flatness of the panel, and avoids defects such as uneven thickness, warping and burrs. The mold cavity can be customized with anti‑slip textures, slotted holes and other structures. The formed livestock panels offer good anti‑slip performance and allow easy leakage of excrement, effectively improving the breeding environment.
This mold supports customization of panels with different thicknesses and widths, compatible with general PVC and flame‑retardant PVC materials. It can be directly connected to single / twin‑screw extrusion lines, with convenient installation and commissioning. The high versatility of wearing parts greatly reduces production downtime, making it core equipment for the large‑scale production of high‑quality PVC livestock panels.
