This series of PVC cable trunking and conduit molds is precision equipment specially designed for the extrusion of PVC cable trunking and conduits used in electrical wiring. The finished products are widely used in residential decoration, municipal engineering and industrial plants for power and signal wiring, featuring insulation, flame retardancy and moisture resistance.
The mold body is made of high-quality 3CR17 mold steel, processed by precision CNC machining, vacuum quenching and nitriding treatment. Its surface hardness reaches 28 HRC, with excellent wear and corrosion resistance. It can operate stably for a long time under high temperature conditions of 160–190 °C, and its service life is far longer than ordinary molds.
The mold adopts an isobaric runner design, equipped with an accurate single-point temperature control system, which ensures uniform flow of PVC melt, precisely controls the wall thickness uniformity and cross-sectional dimensions of cable trunking and conduits, and avoids defects such as wall thickness deviation, port deformation and rough inner surface. The cavity is manufactured strictly in accordance with national standard dimensions. The formed trunking has tight buckles and the conduit has flat ends, allowing direct connection with matching accessories without secondary adjustment.
This mold supports customization of various national standard and non-standard specifications, compatible with general PVC and flame-retardant PVC materials. It can be directly connected to single-screw extrusion production lines, with convenient installation and commissioning. The high versatility of wearing parts greatly reduces production downtime.
Compared with traditional molds, this mold improves molding efficiency by more than 20% and achieves a high qualified product rate, making it core equipment for the large-scale and standardized production of PVC cable trunking and conduits.
