PVC solid foamed board mould

PVC solid foamed board is an eco-friendly new building material with excellent performance, widely used in advertising engraving boards, cabinet boards, interior wall panels, decorative partitions, display boards, furniture backboards and decoration base boards, combining practical and decorative functions. It features moderate density, light weight and high strength, with outstanding advantages such as waterproof, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, anti-corrosion, deformation-resistant, flame-retardant, environmentally friendly and formaldehyde-free. Its stability is much better than traditional wood and MDF. Through later processing such as engraving, cutting, lamination, painting and hot stamping, it can achieve rich appearances to meet diversified needs in advertising, home decoration and commercial decoration, with wide application and good processability.
The special extrusion molds for PVC solid foamed boards are made of high-quality 3CR17 hot-work die steel, processed by precision CNC machining, vacuum quenching and deep nitriding. The surface hardness reaches 28–32 HRC, providing high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance for long-term stable operation, with a significantly longer service life than ordinary molds. Adopting stable pressure runners and an intelligent temperature control system, the molds ensure uniform melt flow, consistent foaming, accurate thickness and smooth surface, effectively avoiding warping, deformation and burrs. Compatible with twin-screw extrusion lines, the molds support customization of various widths and thicknesses, with convenient adjustment, stable forming and high efficiency, making them key equipment for high-quality and large-scale production of PVC solid foamed boards.
