This series of UPVC window profile molds for frame, sash and mullion is precision equipment specially designed for the extrusion of core load-bearing profiles of plastic-steel windows and doors. The finished profiles include key components such as window frames, sashes and mullions, widely used in various residential and commercial window and door projects. They feature high structural strength, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance.
The mold body is made of high-quality 3CR17 hot-work die steel, processed by precision CNC machining, vacuum quenching and deep nitriding treatment. Its surface hardness reaches 28 HRC, with a working temperature range of 170–205 °C. It can run stably for a long time under high temperature and high pressure conditions, and its service life is more than 60% longer than ordinary molds.
The mold adopts a layered isobaric runner design with an intelligent multi-zone temperature control system, which ensures the UPVC melt evenly fills the complex cavities and reinforcing rib structures of the mold. It accurately controls the profile wall thickness tolerance and dimensional accuracy, avoiding defects such as cavity collapse, uneven wall thickness and edge burrs. The cavity strictly reproduces the detailed structures of the profile, including drainage channels, sealing grooves and hardware mounting grooves. The formed main profile can be directly assembled with hardware and sealing strips without secondary processing.
This mold supports customized production of conventional casement windows, sliding windows and thermal break profiles, compatible with general UPVC and glass fiber reinforced UPVC materials. It can be directly connected to twin-screw extrusion lines, with convenient installation and commissioning, and high versatility of wearing parts. Molding efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared with traditional molds, making it core equipment for the large-scale production of high-quality UPVC window and door main profiles.
