Description
Brief Overview
Mobile tunnel kiln is a continuous high-temperature thermal equipment used in brick and tile sintering process. Its core feature lies in the design concept of combining “mobile” and “tunnel”. Different from traditional fixed tunnel kilns, mobile tunnel kilns use a movable kiln car system to realize the flow of materials between different temperature zones, thereby completing the whole process of drying, preheating, firing and cooling. This technology is widely used in building bricks, ceramic products, refractory materials and other fields, with the advantages of strong production continuity, low energy consumption and high degree of automation.
Features and Advantages

1. High efficiency and energy saving:
The waste heat recovery system is adopted to effectively use the heat of waste gas to preheat the blank and reduce energy consumption.
2. Continuous production:
Through the relative movement of the kiln body and the material bearing structure, an uninterrupted and automated flow operation mode from raw materials entering the kiln to finished products leaving the kiln is realized, greatly improving production efficiency.
3. Good environmental performance:
Equipped with advanced dust removal and desulfurization equipment to reduce flue gas emissions and meet national green production standards.
4. Intelligent control:
The whole line implements DCS centralized control, automatically reads and calculates the temperature, humidity, pressure and other sensor signals collected by the kiln acquisition module,
5. Flexible structure:
The kiln body can be modularly expanded according to actual production capacity requirements to adapt to production line layouts of different sizes.
Application

Building materials industry
Used for sintering various wall materials such as clay bricks, shale bricks, and coal gangue bricks.

Ceramic products industry
Suitable for high-temperature sintering of ceramic tiles, ceramic pipes, and glazed products.

Refractory materials industry
Used for firing light or heavy refractory bricks to meet the needs of metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries for high-temperature resistant materials.

Environmentally friendly building materials industry
Support the use of industrial waste slag (such as fly ash and slag) as raw materials to manufacture new environmentally friendly bricks and tiles.
