PVC sheet piling is a high-performance eco-friendly profile for engineering applications, mainly used in riverbank protection, embankment reinforcement, cofferdam construction, municipal drainage, fishpond slope protection, foundation pit support, coastal seawalls and other water conservancy and infrastructure projects. Compared with traditional concrete and steel sheet piles, PVC sheet piles are lightweight, high-strength and tough, with excellent waterproofing, anti-seepage, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance and water erosion resistance. They have a long service life, are easy to construct, maintenance-free and environmentally friendly, making them ideal for water conservancy projects and bank slope protection. The product features a lock structure for tight connection and good anti-seepage effect, and can be flexibly assembled to adapt to various complex water and geological conditions.
The special extrusion molds for PVC sheet piling are made of high-quality 3CR17 hot-work die steel, processed by precision CNC machining, vacuum quenching and deep nitriding. The surface hardness reaches 28–32 HRC, providing high wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance for long-term stable operation under heavy load, with a much longer service life than ordinary molds. Equipped with large-flow stable pressure runners and precise temperature control, the molds ensure uniform extrusion, accurate dimensions and tight locks, effectively avoiding deformation, cracking and uneven thickness. Compatible with twin-screw extrusion lines, the molds feature stable structure and high efficiency, meeting the high-standard and large-scale production requirements of major water conservancy projects.
